1. LZ600 Straight-Line Rough Drawing Machine

The host unit frame is a welded steel structure; emergency brake and the console for controlling water, gas, and electricity is set in front of the frame
(5) Mold box
The box is divided into cavity for lubrication and cavity for cooling box; it is universally adjusted; mixing device is available to mixing the powder automatically
(6) Tension adjustment
The tension adjustment roll is controlled by cylinder; the sensor is non-contact angular displacement type
(7) Transmission
V-belt and gearbox driven
(8) Control system
Frequency converter from Siemens or Inovance is employed to control speed;
Secondary circuit unit is controlled by PLC system from Siemens or Mitsubishi;
Users can input parameters through the touch screen, which is highly reliable and easy-operated
(9) Wire winding machine
SG740 winding machine is driven pneumatically; variable frequency stepless speed regulation is adopted
2. Stainless Steel Wire Annealing Line
(1) Furnace
a. Dimension: 8000*2030*1720mm (L*W*H); height from ground to furnace center: 1000mm
b. Internal structure: refractory bricks for inner side; high-temperature board for intermediate layer; lightweight brick for outer side; high-temperature board for outer surface
c. Furnace width: 1130mm; height: 200mm
d. Rated power: 25KW*6 (for main furnace unit)
e. Heating wire: made from OCr21AL6Nb; upper heating method; prefabricate insulating block for furnace lining
f. Temperature controller: PID control; 6 platinum-rhodium thermocouples are used for temperature testing elements; temperature of the controller is kept around 2℃
g. The temperature control actuator employs silicon controlled rectifier (SCR), which controls the temperature by adjusting currency
h. Furnace tube: made from 2520si; φ33*3*83000mm
i. Temperature outside the furnace: ≤ room temperature +40℃
(2) Cooling part
a. Dimension: 6000*1300 *400mm (L*W*H)
b. Cooling tube material: 304; specification: φ33*3*6000mm
c. Connection: with pipe thread; brass tube for branches; flow meter for each tube
d. Furnace tubes and tank tubes are connected by casings
(3) Winding part

c. Users can start or stop the winding and unwinding units at the same time
(4) Electrolytic pickling
a. A set of FRP tank (a certain tilt angle for the bottom; 3000mm-long pickling part; 2400mm-long washing part)
